Generalized matrix functions and Hermitian matrices

   In this paper the zeroness of a generalized matrix function, the equality of two generalized
matrix functions, generalized matrix functions which preserve commutativity or preserve product, and the relationship between generalized characteristic polynomials and the Cayley-Hamilton Theorem are examined on the class of Hermitian matrices. Also, some interesting one-variable identities on generalized matrix  functions are studied on this class
